What is a Premium Cleaning Company?
We are a Premium Cleaning Company for a few reasons. We cater to your every need. If you prefer a certain cleaning product, have particular way of cleaning, or want to customize your cleaning, we will make it happen. We do quality work the way you want it. We will take the time to understand you and your home to target the most important things. We offer excellent customer service with many accommodations. We use family friendly cleaners, and always have fresh supplies for each cleaning.
Do I need to be present for the cleaning?
No, you do not. If we have access to the home or office, we will take care of business. Please provide instruction on how to enter.
How do I make a payment?
At this time, we are accepting cash, debit/credit cards, Zelle, Venmo or Cashapp. Sorry, we will not accept checks. In the near future, we will be moving solely to debit/credit cards via Square. This will make it easier for our clients to make payments, and we can even set up autopayments so that you won't have to worry about anything at all!
Can I customize my cleaning?
Yes! What's great about our premium cleaning services is that we cater to your every need. If you only want certain areas cleaned, or if you prefer a particular cleaning product, we will do it. Just let us know what you need, and we'll do the rest!
I don't have cleaning supplies, how will you clean?
Our professional cleaners will come fully stocked with supplies. For additional fees, we can supply air filters, plug-in scents, toilet paper, and hand soap.
Should I tip my professional cleaner?
Your professional cleaner is working hard to meet your every expectation. Tips are accepted and appreciated, but not mandatory.
I need to cancel my cleaning reservation, what should I do?
We are sorry to hear this, but no worries! We are here to help you. We do not charge for cancelation fees as long as you provide us 48 hour notice.
How much are cancelation fees?
We understand that life happens, and reservations need to be canceled or rescheduled. Unfortunately, if you are unable to provide a 48 hour notice, we will have to charge you $75. Our time is just as valuable as yours. When we get late cancelations, those spots are difficult to fill and could have been used for other potential clients.
I forgot to leave a way for my cleaner to enter my home, what now?
If we arrive and do not have a way to enter your home, we will consider this a no show and your home will not be cleaned. A fee of $75 will be charged to the client.
I won't be home in time for my scheduled reservation. What should I do?
Please call us as soon as possible so that we can attempt working around your schedule. However, if we are unable to make adjustments to accommodate you, we will charge a no show fee of $75. If our cleaner arrives and you are not home, they will wait no longer than 15 minutes before canceling your reservation.
